The Walden University L&D team supports over 450 stakeholders within enrollment, advising, and technical (student) support teams. In this position, the Manager of Learning and Development will manage the daily workflow relevant to the design, development, and delivery of training and training resources. Under the guidance of the Director, this individual will support the strategy around performance development, project management/intake, and overall direction of the instructional design team. This individual manages a team of 5 individuals who support the lifecycle of instructional design and development, including coaching development, leadership training, technology/systems training, and other programs and resources relevant to the continued development of colleagues.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $108,334.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
