This position will have direct, hands-on coordination responsibilities across digital and print marketing efforts. Job Responsibilities -Responsible for the ongoing management of marketing analytics reporting, including development of department-specific marketing dashboards and reporting requests tied to marketing campaign performance. -Ensures that department-level and digital marketing projects are managed through the marketing project lifecycle. -Develops, coordinates, and executes all department-level marketing project requests, including creative briefs for brochures/print materials, copy development, department-level digital campaigns, email marketing and event/promotional marketing. -Project manages all assigned projects, including individual tactics, budget tracking, vendor management, plan execution and results reporting. -Establishes collaborative partnerships in order to fulfill role as go-to marketing resource and internal support. -Manages portfolio of marketing vendors/agencies, with a focus on digital agency account management. This includes leading weekly project meetings, project tracking, invoice reconciliation, reporting and analysis. -Manages marketing analytics dashboard, which includes key marketing metrics, campaign results, and marketing ROI. Education -Bachelor's Degree Experience Undergraduate degree in liberal arts, marketing or related field. Master's degree is highly desired. Approximately 3-4 years of experience in public health, healthcare or non-profit marketing. Experience in integrated marketing. Experience with Adobe Creative suite.
