  • Responsibilities

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct New Hire Training, product and mandatory Regulatory Training as required
    • Conduct Account Refresher Training (Technical & Customer Service)
    • Coordinating & Scheduling Courses for Designated Accounts
    • Administer Course Advisories, Submit Reports & Related Administrative Duties
    • Manage Designated Account Training for both Technical and Customer Service Training
    • Maintain Employee Training Records
    • Material Preparation, Course Development
    • On-Job-Training with Designated Accounts
    • Regular Communication with Business Manager / Client Airlines
    • Assist with line duties as required by Designated Account

    Required Skills

     

    • 2-3 YEARS OF AIRLINE PASSENGER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

    • LOAD CONTROL/ WEIGHT AND BALANCE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

    • ABILITY TO TRAVEL WITHOUT RESTRICTION TO/FROM THE UNITED STATES.

    • Proficient knowledge of international airport operations (systems and procedures)

    • Knowledge of airline computer systems preferred

    • Experienced leadership abilities

    • Organized & strong planning skills

    • Good attendance record

    • Impeccable appearance/Business presentation

    • Positive attitude towards Company & staff

    • Experience in classroom instruction preferred

    • Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills

    • Excellent and effective communication

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

    • CBT programming & reservations experience a plus

    • Good coaching & listening skills

    • Creative, exhibits progressive, forward-thinking ideas

    • Able to make presentations to large groups

    • Ability to work independently
