  • Responsibilities

    This is a Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday hours, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. 

     

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Efficient and effective customer service.
    • Responding to customer inquiries as necessary.
    • Performing account maintenance, customer research and assisting with other projects as requested by management.
    • Provides personalized customer service by learning about customer needs and financial goals.
    • Electronic banking support such as ATM and debit card assistance, online banking, bill payment and E-statement enrollment and maintenance.
