    Job Description

    The Negotiator is responsible for training and developing individuals in the use of appropriate media systems and relative processes in Broadcast Traffic while pursuing company and client goals. This includes the ability to work on high profile client business by supporting the investment teams to execute agency media allocations in a timely manner across multiple brands. They are masters in understanding the needs of the client and have complete understanding of overall processes, policies, and procedures of investment end to end. This individual reports to the Creative Trafficking Supervisor.

    Role Objectives:

    • Proactively solves problems and improves efficiencies as needed
    • Works with his/her Supervisor, interprets, coordinates and integrates, as necessary, all assigned media/traffic activities based on client needs, urgency, and /or volume of work
    • Develops and presents scheduling across multiple lines of businesses in the form of allocations, creative trafficking, and execution
    • Maintains positive relationships with clients and vendors
    • Reviews work (as necessary) produced by Traffic Associates prior to final execution
    • Must be available to respond to urgent issues after close of business
    • Maintains familiarity with current industry standards and remains alert to new developments that may or may not impact operational practices
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
    • 1+ years of media buying/planning experience
    • Agency experience highly preferred
    • Experience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person
    • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
    • Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
    • Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc
    • Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $ 46,500 - $ 67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
