Job Description
The Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the team that handles our client’s day-to-day operations and media support, reporting into the EVP of Operations. and working to transition new clients into the agency. The SVP develops and implements processes and best practices to ensure client success. The role will focus on four areas of operations, and is responsible for the holistic Operations of the client.
This role provides the opportunity to work on a cross agency client that drive business goals and increase efficiency across the agency.
General Responsibilities:
Client Operations:
o Work with the Client Lead on SOW Management, including staff management
o Facilitate Cross Agency collaboration, if applicable
o Develop the account playbook to bring the client Scope of Work to life for the team
o Manage the Authorization approval structure, following the process and hierarchy dictated by the client
o Be the main point of contact for monthly Authorize FMC reporting
o Spearhead reporting for client: Monthly budget tracker/flowcharts, MMM or audits
o Partner with client finance to ensure billing is accurate each month, managing the draft billing process, and follow up with the clients if payments are needed
o Support on building charts and slides for client presentations and QBRs
Investment Operations:
o Ensure all tools are set up for the client and new team members, including but not limited to, MediaOcean, MediaTools, Authorize, Tardiis, Scenario Planner, NMI, GWI, etc.
o Develop and improve processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the agency
o Share ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; work alongside internal and external teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve them
o Build and maintain the MediaTools nomenclature of the strategy team
o Maintain the taxonomy to be used in MediaTools for the upcoming year
o Manage Invoice reconciliation process and ensure we are adhering to client MSA terms.
Digital Operations:
o Partner with the Investment team on adhering to Digital Standards/Practices
o Digital Tax Oversight including quarterly Reporting
o Manage Investment Solutions team, which includes all digital last-mile activity
o Automation Efforts
Project Management:
o Create & Oversee Campaign timelines
o Manage Daily hotsheet
o POC for communications for each Pod
o Creation and Maintenance of Org charts, Distro Lists and Team Database
o Management of staff plans in ROAR System.
Qualifications
• Experience working in an Operations role at a Media Agency in both Client and Media/Investment Operations
• 10+ years of progressive work experience in media and advertising and 5+ years of management experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions
• A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in effectively coaching and developing others
• Experience with Client Transition/New Business Transitions is a plus.

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $273,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
