  • Responsibilities

     Under direct supervision, is responsible for organizing machine parts and updating the maintenance management system, following established procedures, in preparation for SAP conversion.

    • Perform 5S related tasks including, but not limited to assembling shelves, relocating and labeling parts, and cleaning parts stock rooms.
    • Working with information from Maintenance and Engineering, identify and establish appropriate parts and inventory levels.  Conduct reviews of inventory levels to ensure recordkeeping accuracy and sufficient supply levels as required.
    • Enter and update a variety of data within the maintenance management system including, but not limited to, detailed equipment and parts information, stock locations, and preventive maintenance schedules/tasks.
    • Comply with established employment, safety, good manufacturing practices, quality, and other facility workplace policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Ability to read and write English
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
    • Ability to work with a personal computer and accurately enter data into spreadsheets or functional specific software.

    Bachelor's degree or ASCP certification or equivalent experience required.
