Responsibilities:

• Answers phones in the front office and provides a high level of customer service.

• Receives purchase orders from customers and initiates review process.

• Manages new orders in review as well as orders on hold, working closely with engineering, sales, and production to keep review process moving with logged traceability in New Orders spreadsheet.

• Manages customer inquiries , working with engineering, sales, and production as needed to get information back to the customer in a timely manner.

• Provides general administrative support.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Analytical and multitasking skills.

• Effective, versatile, and action-oriented.

• Legal to work in the United States.

• Bilingual (English/Chinese).

Preferred Skills:

• Have some related internship or experience.
