General Management Early Career Leadership Program:

We are looking for talented, driven and passionate people who aspire to lead others in a broad General Management capacity; leading multi-functional teams and making decisions that drive a business division forward. To support this career goal we are launching a new early career program that will offer successful candidates robust, challenging, hands-on development over a three year duration.

From day one, you will become an active member of our global business, gaining broad experience in sales, operations, and product management. Working on a role rotation basis you will have the opportunity to get exposure to our different brands, businesses, technologies and teams. As one of our class of 2022, you will have regular opportunities to connect with peers from other Belden functional leadership programs as you participate in a highly interactive and action based learning curriculum. The content of this curriculum will be designed to build your knowledge of our core business systems, develop your business acumen and commercial mindset whilst also creating a strong foundation for your leadership skills. Team members will also receive individualized feedback throughout the program along with the mentoring support of a senior leader at Belden.

Positions within the General Management Leadership Program will be based out of our facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana; Fremont, California; Portland, Oregon; or St. Louis, Missouri.

Potential Rotations (subject to change based on business needs):

Sales

• Understand end-to-end sales cycles
• Strategic Account Management
• Work on go-to-market strategy

Operations

• Experience Lean Management
• Work with Mergers & Acquisitions team
• Inventory management

Product Management

• Experience Business Forecasting
• Advanced financial training
• Project management

Required Skills and Experience

• Passionate, driven, enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to deliver in new and challenging environments
• Pursuing a bachelors in systems engineering, business administration
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in a general management role
• At least two, relevant internships, or less than two years working experience is required
