The Opportunity

• Preparing and developing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design
• Producing architectural designs and/or work with other designers to develop designs using relevant architectural software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Grasshopper, MicroStation and / or Autocad are a bonus)
• Project and team administration duties
• Visualization and rendering skills
• Producing project related correspondence and reports
• Working directly with architectural colleagues and other professionals
• Co-ordinating work with other disciplines
• Coding and programming skills are bonus

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree program architecture (i.e., M.Arch or B.Arch.) from an accredited school of architecture.
• Working towards professional licensure as an Architect with a Canadian or US architectural association (i.e., NCARB, OAA,OAQ).
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higherpreferred.

• Candidate must be eligible to work in US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

New York City Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City, NY is $26.00 to $37.00 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York City, NY will differ.
