    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS SPECIFIC ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Assist the Project Manager (PM) in implementation of project specific cost control processes to ensure project profitability and other commercial goals are met
    • Assist in budget estimation, resource planning, contract review and assessment.
    • Track actual costs against budgets, conduct variance analyses, carry out reporting of project financials and respond to queries from project teams
    • Assist in monitoring, managing and administering scope changes; maintaining change and risk registers, issuing fee proposals; manage contract change orders
    • Assist in preparation and issuing of monthly client invoices and monitor accounts receivable
    • Assist in preparation of various monthly client reports;
    • Assist in sub-consultant management including tracking costs, and reviewing invoices and payments

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Engineering, Architecture or Planning
    • Minimum GPA 3.0
    • Knowledge in earned value management and cost estimating
    • General knowledge of commercial and/or project management

    PREFERRED:

    • Master's Degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Business
    • 3.5 GPA or higher
    • Interest in the built environment
    • Experience in the built environment
    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, etc....)
    • Advanced Knowledge of Excel, data manipulation and spreadsheet design to communicate results
    • Experience in P6, SQL, VBA
    • A previous internship related to your field of study
    • Self-driven, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
