    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS SPECIFIC ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Develop spreadsheet analyses, perform field assessments and on-site commissioning activities
    • Contribute to the design of building systems, identify, and analyze alternatives
    • Prepare summaries of work for clients, attend client meetings and assist with or lead proposals
    • Building or portfolio energy & resource use analysis, including the use of specialized benchmarking or building energy simulation software.
    • Cost & benefit analysis of cost and efficiency measures over a project life cycle.
    • Functional testing and activation of Building Systems including MEP systems and controls

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Pusruing a Bachelors degree- members of our team come from a variety of backgrounds including but not limited to degrees across engineering & architectural sciences, environmental science and/ or related fields
    • Effective communication skills
    • Skills in integrated analytical problem solving
    • Understanding of energy, water, waste and resource technologies
    • Familiarity with triple bottom line cost-effectiveness thinking and analysis
    • Knowledge of policy and economic issues related to energy systems
    • Knowledge of benchmarking programs such as EBEWE.
    • Knowledge of building automation systems.
    • Must not now, nor in the future require visa sponsorship to maintain work authorization
