Arup’s Recruitment Marketing team is looking for a curious, upbeat, and thoughtful collaborator interested in trying their hand at a variety of communications and recruitment related projects and initiatives. This role focuses on learning with a growth mindset, conceptualization and experimentation, campaign and content creation, and team- and relationship-building skills in a professional environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS SPECIFIC ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Assist in administrative duties
    • Help develop and edit communications content
    • Participate in recruitment marketing content and campaign planning
    • Research and help coordinate upcoming projects
    • Maintain and update recruitment marketing materials and databases
    • Work closely with the people team, leadership, and marketing and communications teams
    • Miscellaneous duties as the need arises

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Communications, English, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related fields
    • Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher
    • Knowledge of Human Resources and Recruitment
    • Experience with storytelling, writing, communication, and
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Interest or curiosity in the Architecture/Engineering design Field
    • Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple deadlines with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to find and tell phenomenal stories
    • Maintain an enthusiastic approach to working with deadlines
    • Flexibility and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks to support the needs of the team
    • Candidates must not require sponsorship, now or in the future to be considered for this role

    PREFERRED

    • Experience or curiosity about the innovation, design and construction industry preferred, knowledge of Architecture/Engineering field helpful
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
    • Maintain an enthusiastic approach to working with deadlines
    • Flexibility and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks to support the needs of the team
