    JOB SUMMARY

    About the Position: The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12 to 13. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Serves as the Strategic Initiative and Strategy project lead, ensuring support for mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategic initiatives, and metrics.

    • Directs, conducts, and oversees the completion of workforce engagements and detailed studies in response Command or Center level initiatives.

    • Forecast, initiate, and respond to strategic-level analysis requirements and direction to develop the foundation of the Strategic vision.

    • Employs advanced management principles, data compilation, and the development of recommendations to affect current sources, infrastructure, and future requirements.

    • Manages the strategic plan's creation, publication (e.g. memoranda, white papers, and executive correspondence) , and communication to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Draft speeches/talking points and short, medium, and long-range documents for the director, to communicate strategic direction

    • Coordinate with the organizational leadership teams to answer command-level inquiries, develop working papers, and produce products that support the mission.

    • Communicate the Strategic vision to internal and external audiences.
