    The Role and What You’ll Do:

    Account Coordinators are instrumental in the execution of client programs and are a critical part of our team. The individual will support Account Managers and Account Directors in day-to-day project tasks, and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Account Coordinator will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment while working on multiple programs and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible, hard-working, and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.

    • Support the Account Service Team with various tasks specific to overall program management, including but not limited to:

      • Creative development

      • Industry research

      • Distribution of internal and external call notes

      • Budget reconciliation

      • Giveaways and premiums

      • Recap presentations

    • Work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients (Creative, Strategy, Production).

    • Partnering and managing a variety of vendor relationships.

    • Other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business.

    • Some travel may be required.

    You Have These:

    • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.

      • Agency Experience or previous internship is a plus.
    • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

    • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.

    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.

    • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.

    • Comfort with presenting and speaking to clients.

    • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks.

    • Problem-solving in complex situations.

    • Pleasant, positive attitude.

    • Time management - ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
