    We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to continue help grow our award-winning agency.

    Responsibility involves supporting key account teams including, but not limited, to the following areas:

    • Monitor media/social media daily for trends, new media contacts and client placements; communicate all findings to appropriate team leads

    • Contribution to the creation of press releases, alerts, FAQs, messaging docs, pitches, talking points, editorial award submissions, agendas, presentations, overall brand campaigns and activations

    • Track all press coverage (sourcing links and hard copies where needed)

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic / creative thinking for clients

    • Create and maintain targeted media lists for broadcast, print and online outlets

    • Research, identify and build strong relationships with all relevant media outlets/journalists/influencers

    • Ability to show time management skills and handle a high-volume work load

    • Communicate effectively and professionally in all written and verbal reports, cultivate and exhibit strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

    • Handle all aspects of scheduling meetings with staff members and clients including coordination and set-up of meeting rooms and catering for new business presentations

    • Interface with clients and become a valuable resource to clients

    • Administrative tasks such as booking travel for media experiences and other tasks

    You Have These:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English or a related field.

    • 1-2 years of PR experience, preferred

    • Above average usage of grammar, spelling, punctuation and mathematics.

    • Knowledge of contemporary business procedures, computer functions and phone etiquette.

    • Strong interest in the Public Relations-field and nonprofit, travel/hospitalityverticals

    Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

    Hiring Rate Minimum:
    $17.25 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

    Hiring Rate Maximum:
    $23.00 hourly
