Your Impact as a DB Client Specialist I Do you want to be part of an engaging and collaborative team where you are able to impact thousands of lives? Job Responsibilities * Learn about DB through client interactions and requirements * Accountable for end to end client delivery through following established processes and working in a collaborative environment * Apply plan provisions and best practices to complex participant benefit issues impacting calculations * Use developed understanding of DB to interpret clients requirements * Research complex participant benefit issues and recommend solutions by analyzing fact patterns and apply provisions * Participate in planning and supporting client acceptance and implementation testing * Consult and coordinate with customer care colleagues Knowledge and Expertise * Strong logical and mathematical thinker who enjoys structure and rules but also has a desire to think outside the box and improve process efficiency * Proven analytical abilities attention to detail and working with complex data * Self-starter with a curious mindset that asks questions and strives to see bigger picture * Strong ability to learn through formal and on the job training * Organized with ability to prioritize work and adjust to change efficiently and thoughtfully * Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as team communication skills Education Bachelors degree (business context preferred) or equivalent experience At least one year of DB and system training at Alight or equivalent experience By applying for a position with Alight, you understand that, should you be made an offer, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with Alights employment policies.
