    We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to join our Anytime Fitness family in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in health and fitness to lead and motivate our team and members to success. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 including commission and bonuses as well as the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who is highly motivated, organized, and has a passion for health and fitness. Responsibilities: • Analyzing customer service and market data to identify trends and areas of opportunity • Prospect new members and create new memberships • Overseeing the daily operations of the fitness center including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and customer service • Developing, implementing, and monitoring performance objectives, and quality control programs • Working with the corporate team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Developing and leading marketing and sales strategies to increase membership and revenue • Build member rapport • Club cleanliness • Develop and lead seasonal events Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Preferred) • 2+ years of relevant managerial and sales experience • Proven track record of success in a leadership role and in motivating teams • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Service leadership mindset • US Work Authorization Compensation: $50,000 including commission and bonuses
