Our ideal applicant has a year of sales experience and can jump in and familiarize yourself with our health programs and workout equipment. You'll need to prospect customers by using methods like telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities: Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins Qualifications: Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Personal Training certification preferred Compensation: $20 - 35 hourly
