    We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Assistant to support IMG Models LA. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position requiring impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the fashion and entertainment industry, this role is for you.

    General Support & Communication:

    • Act as a reliable point of contact for talent and brands, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
    • Shadow back-and-forth contract negotiations and attend finance calls to deepen industry knowledge.
    • Provide daily to-do lists and assist with prioritization to keep the manager on track.
    • Maintain updated talent’s calendars, booking charts, and portfolio logs.
    • Screen incoming calls professionally and route accordingly.
    • Prepare executive correspondence, pitching materials, and decks using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and Adobe.
    • Exhibit assertiveness and persistence—following up consistently and managing difficult personalities with grace.
    • Support talent and managers across different time zones.

    Deal Management & Negotiations:

    • Support manager in negotiating the deal.
    • Facilitate contract execution, liaising with Legal for long-form agreements and securing signatures.

    Talent & Brand Coordination:

    • Gather and organize creative pitches on behalf of talent to brands.
    • Maintain and coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure seamless partnerships between talent and brand.
    • Arrange and coordinate travel for talent.

    Financial & Administrative Support:

    • Collect billing information and coordinate with accounting to monitor payment schedules, ensuring timely agency payment.
    • Send invoices to brands and manage manager’s and talent’s expenses.

    You Have These:

    • 1-3 years’ experience assisting a senior level executive.
    • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • CRM and SAP experience a plus.
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Passionate about the business of fashion and beauty.
    • Dog lover a plus!

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

    Hiring Range Minimum:
    $18.75 hourly

    Hiring Range Maximum:
    $25.00 hourly
