    PRIMARY ROLE OR FUNCTION:

    As an assistant on our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for supporting two VPs and the WME L&OD Team. You must have a strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of basic business practices, and excellent oral and written communication. You will be expected to manage confidential information and sensitive employee data with the highest level of discretion. There will be significant exposure to a diverse array of human resources relayed work across multiple business units and tremendous opportunity for growth along an HR career path.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide administrative assistance to two VPs and the L&OD team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, travel coordination, phone coverage, and expense reports.
    • Prepare, edit, and distribute training materials, presentations, and internal communications.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to training programs, employee development, and organizational initiatives, which may include data tasks, trackers, grids, decks, reports, and research.
    • Assist in overall management of assignments for Rotational Assistants.
    • Work closely with the HR Operations and HRBP teams to ensure all administrative processes and protocols are followed.
    • Assist in HR onboarding and orientation processes and I-9 employment verification as needed.
    • Any other duties and ad-hoc projects that may be within the scope of the role.

    ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE and PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Keen interest in Human Resources and Learning and Development space.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to issues promptly and precisely with a strong orientation toward customer service and teamwork.
    • High level of integrity and ability to deal with highly confidential information professionally.
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy- detail-oriented and proactive.
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to establish quick rapport.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and follow-through.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

    Hiring Range Minimum:
    $16.50 hourly

    Hiring Range Maximum:
    $22.00 hourly
