    Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE) is seeking a passionate marketing team member to join us in our mission of Creating Memories Worth Repeating® supporting our theme parks and attractions across the United States. The MARKETING TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST plays a critical role in the configuration, usage and support of the software systems used for content and campaign management. Day to day, this position will work directly with property teams, PSC colleagues, vendor partners and HFE IT to achieve business objectives.

    This full-time position in Property Support Center (PSC) Marketing is located at our Home Office in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, and reports to Manager of Marketing Technology.   

    POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage content updates for properties that support both the website and mobile app (as applicable).
    • Build and manage landing pages as needed for specific campaigns or promotions.
    • Work with Commerce, Ticketing and Operations teams to manage marketing content in eCommerce.
    • Configure, launch and monitor personalization and A/B testing for all
    • Troubleshoot issues with marketing technology and document steps to reproduce for IT and/or 3rd party support vendor.
    • Train properties on use of new features/functions in our marketing technology stack
    • Various CMS systems, eCommerce systems, Acoustic Marketing Automation, CRM, Google Analytics, and other support technologies.
    • Maintain analytics tracking in digital platforms, implement best practices, add/edit analytics tracking pixels as needed.

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or other graphics program experience a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and list preparation
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and with a team
    • Open to travel and relocation (as part of potential career advancement)

    Required Experience

    • 4-year undergraduate college degree in marketing, advertising, design, digital or communication
    • Experience with any email or marketing automation platform required with CRM experience strongly desired
    • Experience managing web site content using a variety of web CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, Umbraco preferred).
    • Experience with responsive coding and optimization for both web and mobile devices, including robust understanding of HTML and CSS
    • Experience successfully launching a marketing campaign for a product, service or experience
