POSITION SUMMARY
Provides daily operating leadership, management and support to the site photo operations for assigned location, ensuring established goals are met. Serves as property photo operations expert; leading and managing photo operations for assigned Property, and ensuring photography profit, employee and guest service goals are met. Role is responsible for operating a point of sale, including processing cash and credit card transactions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implements all operating infrastructure for self-operating photography across assigned property or properties
- Ensure photo-specific daily operating competencies are managed effectively and consistently reinforced. Examples of competencies include, but are not limited to, effective photography, selling skills, guest relation skills consistent with company standards, and basic hardware/software maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
- Educates property photography Leads and Hosts in regard to best practices and photo operations-specific competencies
- Maintains SOP documentation for each type of photo site and position
- Maintains job descriptions, training curriculum and requirements
- Manages the daily photo operation, with responsibilities for the overall performance of the locations; including sales, labor, product quality, customer service, safety and training and development
- Collaborates with Revenue Manager to execute effective product and pricing structures for each site, adjusting as appropriate to drive the business
- Complete PCI Training
- Must be willing to work outside of his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion
- Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
- Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
- Satisfies Wild Adventures' standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
- "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in the presence of dust and odors. Team Members are susceptible to the exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids, blood borne pathogens and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Required Experience
EDUCATION: Less than high school education
COMPUTER SKILLS: Competency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed
