An Assistant Club Manager is more than just the person who helps run the day to day operations of the club; they are our future leaders! The Assistant Club Manager will have the opportunity to improve their ability to drive sales, own the execution of operational processes and inspire their team to deliver an exceptional experience to members.
The Assistant Club Manager is responsible for:
Conducting weekly inventory, including retail, beverage, marketing collateral and maintenance supplies
Placing monthly supply orders and retail orders as needed via the Blink web portal
Creating Front Desk and Maintenance schedules
Ordering drinks weekly
Managing entire cash reconciliation and deposit process
Receiving and adjust all retail inventory via club management software
Onboarding all new associates
Touring and signing up new members
The Assistant Club Manager will partner with the Club Manager on:
Driving sales through successful tour execution and lead generation activity
Executing all initiatives that support the delivery of the Blink member experience
Managing the staff on day to day performance
Assist in driving Personal Training revenue
Interview, hire, train and develop new staff members
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Previous management and/or key holder experience is preferred.
Proven ability to direct and train team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable
Passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
Current CPR/AED certification
Computer literate on the Microsoft Suite
Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills
