    Brand Coordinator, Non-Scripted Content

    The Role and What You’ll Do:

    The Coordinator will provide day-to-day support for the Head of Growth, Brands. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who is eager to learn how brand deals, partnerships, and creative pitches come together at a top-tier production company and who has their finger on the pulse of brands and culture from a business development perspective.

    They will work closely with the Head of Growth, Brands, to help manage calendars and outreach, track inbound opportunities, and support the early stages of RFPs and pitch development.

    Administrative & Communication Support

    • Draft, send, and manage emails to current and prospective brand clients, agencies, and partners
    • Maintain organized records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars as needed
    • Prepare notes, summaries, and internal documents for meetings and calls, and send team actions items post-meetings
    • Book travel as needed
    • Keep detailed spreadsheets tracking multiple projects

    Research & Market Intelligence

    • Research brands, agencies, platforms, and potential partners aligned with Done + Dusted’s offerings
    • Track trends across marketing, advertising, branded content, live events, and entertainment
    • Stay current on brand campaigns, cultural moments, and industry news relevant to growth opportunities
    • Compile research into clear, concise summaries for internal use

    Business Development & RFP Support

    • Help review and dissect incoming RFPs, briefs, and partnership inquiries
    • Conduct background research on brands, objectives, and competitors for pitches
    • Support the organization and preparation of pitch materials and internal responses
    • Track the status of RFPs, pitches, and active opportunities

    Cross-Department Coordination

    • Liaise with internal teams to gather information, materials, and insights as needed
    • Support communication between the Brands team and other departments
    • Assist in keeping processes organized and moving efficiently (Internal company folders, spreadsheets, etc)

    Desired Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with designing pitch decks
    • Proficiency in Canva, Outlook, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
    • 2-3 years of relevant agency experience in entertainment, production, marketing, or live events

    Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

    Hiring Rate Minimum:
    $72,150 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

    Hiring Rate Maximum:
    $96,200 annually
