  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced assistant to support an executive on our Comedy Tour Marketing team.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Assist in all professional administrative matters including answering the phone, scheduling meetings and calls internally and externally and keeping the calendar updated and organized.
    • Manage and maintain marketing grids.
    • Manageand maintain ticket counts.
    • Keep all marketing and ticketing materials organized.
    • Assist with the launch of multiple tours at once.
    • Checking ticket links during tour announcements and on sales and identifying issues.
    • Regular interactions with venues to collect marketing plans, promotional materials, ticketing materials, and ticket links.
    • Prepare monthly expense reports.

    Related Work Experience:

    • Previous full-time administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of work experience in marketing live events.

    • All applicants should possess excellent verbal and written skills. Must be self-confident and diligent. Must be highly organized.
    • Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care, follow-through, and follow up.
    • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
    • Must be passionate about the business of comedy.
    • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.
    • Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
    • Dependable and proactive.
    • Able to prioritize the workload, and use time efficiently.

    Technical Skills:

    • Basic computer skills are mandatory.
    • Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.
    • Experience using Adobe InDesign or Photoshop preferred.

    Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

    Hiring Rate Minimum:
    $21.00 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

    Hiring Rate Maximum:
    $21.00 hourly
