Your unique and creative skills can lead to career growth opportunities at numerous sites located throughout the country! #160; What would be your responsibilities? * Prepare monthly group exercise report * Develop, schedule, and promote group exercise events * Responsible for group exercise budget and payroll * Responsible for regular instructor evaluations * Responsible for hiring and development of group exercise instructors * Exercise supervision, programming and facility orientations * Deliver exceptional customer service * Assist with financial tasks including, but not limited to: weekly deposits, reconciliation of monthly expenses and revenues * Assist with daily operations of fitness center, membership recruitment, administrative duties, event coordination, program and budget planning and reporting * Administer fitness assessments; provide results counseling * Promote and assist with reaching personal training goals * Teach group exercise classes 6 to 8 times per week - ability to teach multiple class formats * Assist in planning, promotion and evaluation of health promotion programs * Assist with and implement incentive programs * Assist with facility maintenance/repair/improvements #160; What skills are required? * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication skills * Able to work in a team environment * Strong organization skills required * Good working knowledge of computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint #160; Corporate Fitness Works wants you to be part of our active culture that focuses on inspiring work/life balance and sustaining longevity through career growth and advancement.
