    Flighthouse is the leading entertainment brand for Gen Z. With a following of over 330 million across our owned brands, Flighthouse is one of the largest digital media brands in the world and has become synonymous with Gen Z culture.

    FH Media is our multifaceted new media company that includes owned and operated original content brands (Flighthouse, Retirement House, Teenager Therapy & more), an Instagram distribution network of 100+ pages in 16 unique verticals, and a full-service creative agency. Agency offerings include influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, paid media campaigns and beyond. Flighthouse works with a range of clients, from chart-topping musicians (Ice Spice, Lil Nas X, Blackpink) to industry-leading brands (Starbucks, Sephora, Bose, Tinder, FX Networks, Chipotle).

    We are looking for a talented Head of Brand Partnerships and Sales to join the Flighthouse team. This role will lead efforts to identify, secure and grow partnerships with brands looking to reach the Gen Z audience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with brand partners across various industries
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and achieves revenue targets
    • Manage and grow existing brand partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring partner satisfaction
    • Collaborate closely with Flighthouse's content team to identify partnership opportunities and ensure brand integration is seamless and effective
    • Provide regular sales reporting and insights to the executive team, using data to guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, providing recommendations for Flighthouse's approach to brand partnerships

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships and sales, ideally with experience working on in-house sales & partnerships at a comparable media company or at an established agency
    • Experience selling influencer marketing, branded content integrations, and paid media campaigns
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, building and managing successful sales teams, and cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
    • Understanding of Gen Z culture and media space
    • Established relationships with potential partners

    • $150,000 - $200,000/annually + commission
