    Our marketing division, FH Media, works with top influencers, artists, labels and brands to create unique marketing campaigns. With the experience of growing our brand to be the largest on TikTok, the Flighthouse team understands the ins and outs of the platform. Music campaigns have included Drake, Roddy Ricch, Meg The Stallion, Doja Cat, Joji, Russ and many more. Brand partners include Hollister, Tinder, Aussie, e.l.f. Cosmetics and more. Campaign scopes include sponsored content integrations, white label content creation, TikTok influencer campaigns and content distribution across our owned Instagram network with a reach of 250M across its 125+ accounts.

    The FH Media department is currently looking for a Traffic Controller to manage team resources and ensure that all content and marketing collateral flows efficiently between production, creative and content distribution departments. This role will liaise between teams; managing the workflow of requests and projects and identifying & resolving  workflow issues.   Note that the Traffic Controller should be well-versed in various project management systems (i.e. Asana). This role reports to FH Media’s COO.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • 2+ years of relevant project management / traffic coordination experience working in social media, digital  content management or similar

    • Product fluency across social media platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

    • Fluency across project/client management systems (i.e. Asana)

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Superior communication skills - both verbal and written

    • High attention to detail and organization

    • Self-starter willing to grow in a startup environment

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    Some of the tasks you will encounter as Flighthouse Media’s Traffic Controller  include, but are not limited to the following:

     

    • Distribute assignments to content distribution teams and other departments, depending on availability and priorities 

    • Analyze pain points to develop workflow improvements and spearhead their execution

    • Oversee projects and employee workloads, adjusting assignments accordingly

    • Research, evaluate, and implement digital tools and systems (i.e. project management, digital asset management, etc.) and consult with necessary Legal, Finance, and IT teams for input

    • Proof asset deliverables for quality and accuracy 

    • Define and implement processes to ensure cross-functional teams work effectively and collaboratively

    • Partner with other team leads to align on best practices and schedules for overarching deliverables, timelines, and assets

    • Champion company culture across teams on a macro and micro level
