    SUMMARY: ****

    The Product Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Corporate Development & M&A Team with all aspects of the administration side relating to project management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Organizing new/old contracts in the Google Drive folders
    • Assist with tracking tasks on Jira to stay up to date on the status of marketing campaigns
    • Work closely with the Marketing Team on organizing and maintaining tracker sheets and reports and submitting campaign requests for marketing plans
    • Run daily sweeps on the backend of artist accounts in Spotify and other DSP streaming data
    • Create and update weekly post-release reports for each project release by gathering streaming data for project tracking
    • Assist in gathering deliverables and communicating and following up with joint venture labels in regards to project submission and deadlines

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
    • 2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music or entertainment
    • Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps, Slack, Asana, Tableau
    • Proficiency in basic social media functions/platforms and familiarity with current trends/campaigns
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with well independently and as part of a team along with staff of all levels
    • Ability to have meticulous attention to detail and follow-through with proper and consistent updates to stakeholders
    • Ability to be extremely organized with strong time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high-quality work
    • Ability to work well strategically in an ambiguous environment

    PAY SCALE:

    • $17.00 - $19.00/hour
