We monetize over 12 billion monthly music streams and have collected over $150 Million in previously unclaimed revenue for artists and labels. Clients include Future, JLo, City Girls, Marshmello, Don Diablo, Trippie Redd, Migos, Universal Music Group, and more.

    VRTCL is a full service digital marketing agency run and founded by creators. Our key mission is to help artists and brands find their true voice and audience on TikTok and other short form platforms. We pride ourselves on our creative roots and digital expertise to help clients feel confident stepping into the unknown world of digital marketing. This means being involved in and educated on current pop culture moments, understanding artist audiences and constantly looking for ways to push the boundaries of digital marketing standards.     SUMMARY:

    The Creative Services intern will work closely with the Creative Team on multimedia content for clients and audiences. This intern will ensure video content is optimized, assist with creation to align with client branding and campaign objectives, and stay up to date with current trends.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with the Creative Team to brainstorm and develop engaging multimedia content for clients and their audiences.
    • Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia elements that align with client branding and campaign objectives.
    • Participate in the planning, shooting, and editing of video content
    • Ensure video content is optimized for each platform and adheres to best practices for social media engagement.
    • Stay up-to-date with current trends, challenges, and viral content on social media platforms.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on emerging trends to keep the company's social media content relevant and engaging.
    • Contribute creative ideas and feedback during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
    • Be flexible and adaptable to evolving social media trends and algorithm changes.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Must be able to provide documents/eligibility requirements in order to receive college credit.

    Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software (e.g Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut) for creating and editing social media video content.

    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating visually appealing graphics and images.
    • Familiarity with animation design tools (e.g., After Effects) not required but preferred.
    • Solid understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,TikTok)
    • Awareness of current trends and features on popular social media platforms
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and convey ideas clearly.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content on schedule.
    • Meticulous attention to detail in content creation, editing, and reviewing to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    PAY SCALE:

    • This internship is for college credit
