    SUMMARY:

    The Music Project Management Intern will be supporting the Project Management team with operational and administrative support including but not limited to marketing, music and artist discovery, and deal-making to release management. This music team works across artists of genres such as Tory Lanez, ¿Téo?, Thouxanbanfauni, Magic City Hippies, Kim Loaiza, & more on every step of their release process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Project Management Team in maintaining administrative, operational, and accounting tasks including but not limited to expense tracking, etc.
    • Support assigned music projects and clients on the roster including but not limited to communications, meetings, brainstorming, budgeting, etc.
    • Assist and create marketing rollouts and brainstorming for content
    • Assist with pitching for DSPs and craft pitches for releases to be sent to DSPs
    • Assist with creating and updating pitch decks for priority music clients
    • May assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be enrolled in a university that accepts college credit
    • Must continue to be enrolled in a university during duration of internship
    • Previous experience in artist management, music marketing, and/or project management
    • Knowledge of streaming platforms such as Spotify, iTunes/Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
    • Proficiency with with Mac OSX and Google Suite
    • Ability to be self-sufficient and independent while working as part of a team
    • Ability to be thorough and have strong attention to detail in research and tasks
    • Ability to handle operations along with accounting and/or administrative tasks
    • Ability to organize large amounts of data efficiently
    • Ability to be organized and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to learn quickly and easily adapts to proprietary databases and processes
    • Previous experience in Photoshop/Illustrator or graphic design preferred
    • Familiarity with YouTube/YouTube Content Management System preferred
    • Passion for music or record label operations and an interest in new music and trends preferred
    • Previous experience in the music industry preferred

    PAY SCALE:

    • This internship is for college credit
