FH Media is our multifaceted new media company that includes owned and operated original content brands (Flighthouse, Retirement House, Teenager Therapy & more), an Instagram distribution network of 100+ pages in 16 unique verticals, and a full-service creative agency. Agency offerings include influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, paid media campaigns and beyond. Flighthouse works with a range of clients, from chart-topping musicians (Ice Spice, Lil Nas X, Blackpink) to industry-leading brands (Starbucks, Sephora, Bose, Tinder, FX Networks, Chipotle).
We are looking for a talented Head of Brand Partnerships and Sales to join the Flighthouse team. This role will lead efforts to identify, secure and grow partnerships with brands looking to reach the Gen Z audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pitch creative concepts, games, and show ideas to the Director of Content for Flighthousepremium content, branded campaign pitches, and all of our O&O accounts.
- Pitch talent for Flighthouse and O&O content.
- Attend Flighthouse shoots to assist the director with assets and talent relationships.
- Create assets for Flighthouse shoots and O&O shoots as assigned
- Work as on-camera talent as assigned for O&O accounts
- Attend Flighthouse and O&O shoots to assist the director/producer with talent and assets, and take notes for editors on key moments to include in edits.
- Edit O&O content when assigned
- Work with Flightcrew to ensure edit requests are submitted and completed by deadlines
- Support the Flighthouse social media team with any requests, such as engagement and strategy ideas.
- Produce content for assigned O&O accounts from development to filming, to overseeing the edits.
- Post content for O&O accounts across all platforms.
- Provide analytics for O&O accounts, as well as strategies for improvement and growth
- Share creative and data driven ideas on how we can improve certain platforms
- Take on special projects and assignments where assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge about TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and all other social media platforms.
- Familiar with popular TikTok creators
- Knows how to edit TikToks in-app. (Graphics, Text, Sounds, Effects, etc.)
- Basic editing skills
- A creative mind who can help come up with ideas relating to our game-ified content, brand campaigns, and help implement social media strategies to grow our O&O accounts

PAY SCALE:
- $35,000 - $40,000/annually
