OVERVIEW
We are looking to find individuals with exceptional Customer Service and Technical Support skills to join a rapidly growing team in a dynamic, supportive and fun team environment. This person is responsible for providing first level support for all incoming help desk calls via phone chat and email, supporting K-12 students in a Distance Learning environment. THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE WITH HOURS FROM 8AM THROUGH 12NOON, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND IS BASED IN HAUPPAUGE, NY.
