  • Responsibilities

    Reports directly to the Customer Success Manager

    • Assist producers and location managers with finding and booking their perfect filming locations on the Giggster platform
    • Upload and organize locations to the website
    • Talk to property owners about updating property information
    • Deal with customer service requests
    • Research filming locations
    • Set up photography appointments
    • Support various departments including sales and marketing
    • Data entry
    • General office duties
    • Improve our support infrastructure: emailing/messaging tools, phoning tools, tracking systems
    • Implement and document new processes
    • Attend industry events and mixers
    • Site Rep shoots booked at Giggster HQ

  • Qualifications

    We are looking for someone who has/is:

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
    • Great problem solving skills, taking a consultative approach to find the best solution
    • Be proactive and motivated to start and finish tasks with little direction
    • Be flexible and understanding to the environment of a startup
    • Extremely comfortable with various types of software, from MS Office to various online tools (google docs, mailchimp, intercom, etc…)
    • Extremely comfortable over the phone
    • Passionate about tech and entertainment
