  • Responsibilities

    The Digital Marketing Intern will assist the development and launch of innovative marketing campaigns across a diverse range of projects. They will be responsible to work with the Digital Marketing Director in helping build a best-in-class marketing product, including creating and implementing digital media strategy, and identifying actionable campaign analytics to inform optimizations and future planning.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work across companies Entertainment and Live Events Divisions to provide general digital and social media support, including strategy, ideation and execution
    • Assist account/project managers on digital strategies for company’s existing and prospective clients
    • Media Strategy: Assist the development, implementation, and optimization of digital media campaigns and custom programs
    • Collaborate with Executive and Business Development team to help craft and execute new revenue streams through digital and social media with both existing and prospective clients
    • Provide insights and strategy on digital components of marketing deals involving talent and live events that company represents
    • Maintain social media tracking databases for all of our clients to follow the audience, reach, growth and engagement of the social media following of their digital footprints

    • Experience working in digital/social media
    • Deep understanding of how to utilize major social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
    • Knowledge of general business strategies and goals for companies across the digital landscape and a general understanding of how they relate to the company’s business
    • Exceptional people skills, able to gain and maintain the trust and confidence of individuals at all levels both within and outside company
    • Past experience working on projects that involve product management and development
    • Self-reliant, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Must have an open communication style which takes into account managing expectations with multiple stakeholders
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a very fast-paced ever changing environment
    • Strategic critical thinker who also has a high attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and skills

    Experience with:

    • Digital Reporting Tools including Google/YouTube Analytics
    • Social platform management and reporting
    • Planning, buying and optimizing
    • Pixel and conversion tracking
    • Re-targeting/re-marketing
    • Email campaigns, drip campaigns

    Understanding of:

    • Media Math including but not limited to: CPMs, CPCs and Reach/Frequency
    • SEO and Content-driven ranking
    • Growth Hacking
