  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Licensed Complex Spa Coordinator assumes accountability for the financial performance of the spa. Areas of responsibility include driving service & retail revenue, customer service, employee relations, team development and daily operations.

    FINANCIAL

    • Responsible for the achieving budgets for service and retail revenue across multiple units
    • Ensure the spa achieves spa operation costs regarding product & supply budgets and spa service fees
    • Complete employee payroll bi-weekly

    HUMAN RESOURCES

    • Responsible for hiring and onboarding of all spa employees
    • Ensure all employees are adhering to standards outlined in the employee handbook
    • Identify and highlight top performing service providers
    • Facilitate employee discipline as needed

    COACHING & DEVELOPMENT

    • Hold monthly spa team meetings
    • Provide daily support and coach to spa service providers
    • Lead 1:1 development meetings with each service provider monthly
    • Perform annual reviews with all spa tea members
    • Assist AGM in training of Front Desk Associates on spa software and services
    • Manage Multiple Teams

    CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

    • Offer skincare or bodywork services to members and guests
    • Complete daily outreach to recent clients of the spa
    • Consistently follow-up with top clients to ensure future bookings
    • Engage with new members of the club regarding spa service offerings
    • Handle client questions and concerns

    OPERATIONS

    • Operating Multi-units
    • Offer spa services at supported locations
    • Complete spa retail and supply inventory is completed monthly
    • Create monthly action plans to ensure success
    • Ensure appropriate shift coverage at all times
    • Maintain brand standards within the spa
    • Attend all club events
    • Attend MA meetings, PT forum and Front Desk meetings
    • Work closely with all ancillary department leaders to encourage a culture of collaboration
    • Maintain knowledge of massage therapy and esthetics licensing requirements, laws and local ordinances
    • Maintain knowledge of, and participate, in all club services, programs and products
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills
    • Must possess a valid Florida Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
    • Must enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
    • Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic math and money handling skills
    • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
    • Must be a team player
