    Job Description

    As the People & Culture Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the corporate functions of the organization, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Technology, and Real Estate. You will work closely with the Senior Director of People and Culture to drive HR initiatives that align with our company's values and objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters within the designated corporate functions.
    • Partner with department leaders to understand their unique HR needs and provide guidance on talent management, performance improvement, and employee engagement.
    • Partner with Sr. Director, Corporate HR on executive corporate initiatives such as mandatory training and ad hoc projects
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications for open positions.
    • Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing and candidate selection.
    • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires within the corporate functions.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of respect and cooperation.
    • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on goal setting and performance feedback.
    • Assist in identifying development opportunities and career progression plans for employees.
    • Ensure that corporate function HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain HR data accuracy and integrity.
    • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and facilitate training sessions as required.
    • Encourage continuous learning and development among employees.
    • Lead employee experience projects and initiatives, in partnership with an HR project manager.
    • Generate HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
    • Provide immigration support and management when employees have immigration needs, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
    • Produce and maintain organizational charts for the corporate functions, ensuring they reflect current staffing and reporting relationships.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or business partner role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Demonstrated experience leading an HR project, focusing on change management or culture change
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional HR support.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Pay Transparency: $110K - $120K
