    Job Description

    The Treasury Manager will oversee the company's financial activity, managing the inflow and outflow of money and designing strategies to maximize the organization’s financial assets. This role is critical to the long-term financial strategy and health, requiring a balance of analytical skills, management experience, and financial acumen.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day cash flow and forecasting, ensuring operational needs are met.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with banking institutions and financial service providers.
    • Oversee investment of funds and manage associated risks, working closely with the CFO.
    • Implement treasury best practices and improve current processes to optimize financial operations.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in financial management.
    • Monitor financial market trends to identify potential impacts on the organization's assets.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis to senior management.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
    • Manage and mentor treasury staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CTP/MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury brand sector.
    • Proficient in treasury software and advanced Excel skills.
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
    • Proficient in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization.
    • Ability to operate strategically and tactically within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Position will be based in NYC.

    Pay Transparency: $108,000 - $125,000
