EQUINOX SPORTS CLUB BOSTON IS CURRENTLY SEEKING SWIM COACHES. FULL TIME AND PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts all swim programs & activities in accordance with Equinox objectives.
• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress.
• Provide the highest quality of service to our members
• Build client base through in-house special events and networking within membership base

Qualifications

• Swim certification preferred
• Personal Training background preferred but not required
• Posses strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to self-promote and network
• Previous competitive swim experience is a plus
