Job Description

Analyst, Risk Management - works closely with the Senior Director of Risk Management to support the insurance needs of all Equinox Group companies, including:                                                                                                                                  

•  Support the annual renewal of corporate insurance policies including property, casualty, management liability, cyber, etc.                                                       
• Support the data collection process for insurance submissions and analyze risk exposure changes                                                                                                
• Manage bond renewals, invoicing and provide bond support to internal business partners                                                                                                              
• Manage the online incident reporting and case management system in partnership with internal business partners
• Report claims under the insurance policies, update claim summaries and claims handlinginstructions                                                                                              
• Manage Certificates of Insurance needs                                                      
• Update webpage, SOPs and other risk management documents                        
• Build strong relationships with internal business partners and external brokers, underwriters and claims teams         
• Participate in industry events to gain industry and risk management knowledge and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Industry professional designation (AAI, ARM, CPCU) preferred
• 1-2 years of risk management/insurance experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Exercises good judgment, a problem solver and a team player that excels in a dynamic environment
