Seeking an experienced cook for our fine dining Steakhouse and Italian restaurants. Swing shift (3 pm to 11 pm) Location: Lakeside, CA, United States Responsibilities: • Prepare a variety of hot dishes, including steaks, pasta dishes, pizza, and salads. • Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety standards are met at all times. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. • Contribute to creating a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and communicating effectively. • Food Handler's Training provided on-site. Qualifications: • A minimum of six months of kitchen experience is preferred. • Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations and practices are essential. • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Excellent communication skills are required for effective teamwork. • Valid US Work Authorization is a must. Compensation: $18.55 hourly
