Job Description:

Facility cleaning, wiping down and clean fitness equipment

Stock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers

Cleaning of glass windows and doors

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping

General maintenance work such as patching holes, painting and some equipment repairs.

Deploying in-house handyman or third party men to fix any facility issues.

Job Requirements

Physical strength and stamina are essential to this position due to the high activity level.

Experience with all aspects of cleaning preferably in a commercial building.

Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Required Qualifications:

Customer service experience including Phone & Email

Knowledge in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and exercise equipment

Experience with work order for reporting and tracking

Organizational skills

Knowledge and experience with tools
