Instructional Design/Field Education Specialists are engaged, highly knowledgeable training and development ambassadors that support the long-term growth of our company’s most valuable asset… our people.

What you’ll do as an Instructional Designer/Field Education Specialist at Fitness Connection:

Partner with Field and Corporate leadership to design innovative programs to support Team Member performance readiness and business success

Create, update and maintain all field education programs (using PowerPoint/Articulate 360)

Project manage the production of training videos and other digital content

Manage the distribution and delivery of Field Education resources to all markets

Develop a comprehensive onboarding strategy for new (or newly promoted) Team Members

What will make you successful:

Experience using Articulate 360 (or a similar course authorization tool)

Previous experience in training adult learners

Minimum of 2 – 3 years of Health Club Management/Operations

Project Management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Proficiency Microsoft Office & SharePoint (all plug-ins)
