Retail Sales Specialists are engaged, highly knowledgeable health and wellness ambassadors that promote supplements and other retail products to Fitness Connection members and Guests.
What you’ll do as a Retail Sales Specialist at Fitness Connection:
Help people achieve their fitness goals using supplementation (i.e. Protein Powders, Pre/Post Workout Drinks, Vitamins and other wellness products)
Educate Members & Guests on the benefits of supplementation and the specific products that we carry in your location
Demonstrate how specific products should be used
Restock shelves and product displays, mark price tags and take inventory
Continue to improve your level of supplement knowledge
Partner with our operational teams as requested
Operate a computer terminal or tablet to process orders and accept payments

Desire and ability to work in an active environment including standing, lifting, squatting, and participating in Team Cleans to ensure our members have the cleanest facility around
Demonstrate curiosity in learning Fitness Connection processes and connecting with potential members

Scheduling flexibility for peak retail/prime time hours
Willingness to support & participate with club promotions, community events, etc.
