Kid’s Club Associates are engaged, highly knowledgeable and empathetic care-givers that promote and create healthy play and social experiences for young children (between 3 months – 11 years of age).
What you’ll do as a Kid’s Club Associate at Fitness Connection:
Enforce Company policies and procedures
Follow establish protocols and best practices to ensure that all children are kept safe
Manage the Check-In and Check-Out of children into/out of the Kid’s Club
Supervise the activities of all assigned children in the Kid’s Club area and ensure that children remain in the designated area and safe at all times
Communicate with Parents and/or Guardians daily (answering questions, providing child-specific feedback, or updating parents/guardians on new policies, procedures, or events)
Report accidents, abnormal behavior, or special concerns to the Kid’s Club Supervisor and Operations Manager if/when they occur
Administer first aid to children according to company policy
Perform housekeeping duties in the Kid’s Club area to keep the area clean, orderly, and safe
Attend training sessions as required
Other duties as assigned by Kid’s Club Supervisor or Operations Manager

Being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and determine priorities
Communicating effectively (speaking and listening) to be able to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
Having a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
Exhibit a superior sense of customer service at all times
Willingness to work flexible hours
Required Experience, Education and Certifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
Infant and Child First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of employment
Criminal background check will be performed as a term of employment

Position duties require daily walking, sitting, lifting, bending, squatting and reaching.
