OBJECTIVE: Plans, develops, and implements policies, programs, and practices in support of management and employee relations. Guest satisfaction, cost controls, safety and health, and food preparation functions are also performed. Provides counsel and assistance to all Food and Beverage service staff. The inclusion of those duties would not alter the overall evaluation of this occupation. • Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave, and greeting. • Analyzes and appraises, regularly and systematically, the effectiveness of all operations to ensure established objectives are met, that Food and Beverage policies are observed, and that prompt corrective action is taken when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. • Ensures that the service is of the highest standards in quality and performance. • Supervises, trains, and assists staff to maximize departments’ productivity and encourages a positive work environment. • Prepares, reviews, and transmits timecards, departmental and governmental compliance reports, and paperwork to the appropriate office in prompt and efficient manner. • Implement food and beverage department policies, standards, and procedures to control costs. • Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction. • Implements federal, state, and local sanitation requirements to maintain a clean and safe environment. • Maintains technical knowledge. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge of Food and Beverage service, sanitation, and health codes. • Guest service, public relations, oral/written communication, and computer skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable. REQUIRED EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. • Current Food Handlers Education Certificate. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
