The Job: As a Retail Photography Associate, you will... * Work as part of an energetic team providing a high-level of customer service while selling photographic products. * Be a Picsolve Ambassador and create positive customer experiences to maximize sales. * Assist the Retail Team Leaders and Managers in the day-to-day operational activities of the department.

• Capture amazing photos for our guests that you can be proud of! Job duties and working environment: * This position will require you to work outdoors and indoors. * You will receive training to operate our digitalized, touch screen cash registers as well as handling/taking photos with our professional walk about cameras. * You will handle money, communicate with guests and fellow team members to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. * Training and orientation will be provided. Specific job functions: * Understand and achieve personal objectives and team targets, including revenue targets and contribute to improving sales. * Master daily till operations and photography operating systems.
• Ensure all equipment is used correctly, including print media. * Receive a mystery shopper result of 90% or higher. * Cover and support other job roles as requested by your line manager. * Participate in team briefings and other team events. * Build and maintain positive working relationships with site teams and Picsolve colleagues. * Be flexible toward change and seek opportunities for personal development. * Be professional in appearance, attitude, approach, time management, and attendance. * Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and accept other duties that are reasonably requested by your line manager. * Deliver excellent customer service all the time, every time challenge yourself every day!
