    JOB SUMMARY

    The purpose of this position is to perform the administrative, analytical, and customer service duties associated with the processing of Financial Security Deposits (FSD) for GLC Retailers and Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) Licensees. This position is responsible for evaluating the credit worthiness and financial risk of applicants, retailers and licensees.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Duties included, but are not limited to:

    Receives and reviews new GLC retailer and COAM licensee applications which require financial security deposits.

    Obtains required applicant/retailer/licensee credit reports and criminal background reports from approved sources in compliance with GLC policies and procedures.

    Analyzes applicant, GLC retailer and COAM licensee data and utilizes applicable quality controls to verify the accuracy of the data provided.

    Analyzes the financial risk and credit worthiness of applicants, GLC retailers and COAM licensees.

    Reviews the GLC retailer and COAM licensee termination reports and performs required processes to either release FSDs or apply FSD funds to GLC/COAM debts as required.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma (or GED) required; Associates Degree preferred.

    Three to five years of customer service experience, with strong data entry skills.

    Two (2) years of credit, accounting or bookkeeping experience required.Experience working in Microsoft Excel and Word, and analytical skills required.Must have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidential information.Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
