    JOB SUMMARY

    The purpose of this job is to supervise the day-to-day operations of the two Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport kiosk locations, as well as the Headquarters kiosk, ensuring maximum sales are attained and that all prizes are processed and validated in accordance with established GLC policies and procedures.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Supervise the operations of the Airport Kiosk, and Headquarters Kiosk, ensuring that staff provides professional customer service.

    Assist Kiosk Operations Manager with preparing, maintaining and updating the staffing schedule required to ensure appropriate level of service is provided to customers.

    Sells and redeems lottery tickets, explains games, validates and pays prizes, maintains/monitors the instant ticket vending machines, reconciles cash drawers, and maintains proper levels of instant ticket inventory and on-line game supplies at Kiosk locations.

    Assists Kiosk Operations Manager with monitoring and analyzing the GLC sales performance of the two Kiosks and implementing the sales initiatives as needed to meet or exceed established sales goals.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    Degree: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years of financial-related customer service and cash handling experience required, with strong face-to-face customer service skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

    Must be able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
